Clinical assessment
A licensed clinician runs a brief assessment to understand your substance use history, mental health, current life situation, and any urgent medical needs. Takes about 30 to 45 minutes.

Insurance verification
We contact your insurer directly and confirm what is covered, what your deductible and copay look like, and whether prior authorization is required. You get the full breakdown before you commit.

Treatment plan
Based on the assessment and insurance, we recommend the right level of care: PHP, IOP, Outpatient, Way House, or a Detox Concierge handoff. You decide whether to move forward.

Start treatment
Most clients begin treatment within the same week. Many start the next day. The clinical team meets you on day one with a full plan ready to go.
